In any case, if you want to make tabbouleh you can use quinoa, it is very good and it works for P3 too 😉

Where are you able to find whole spelt cous cous? I may have to end up ordering it. I haven’t seen it in my large chain health food stores. I am in the USA. I couldn’t remember if you are as well. I know shopping can vary regionally.
