Usually it is sold in strips, flakes or powder. To make this recipe I recomend the powder but it is more expensive; a good solution is buy strips or flakes and chop them util become a powder 😉

They can keep two weeks without any problems, in any case,
I recommend using small amounts of liquid because agar agar solidifies very quickly. 😉
